Accessibility Statement

Last updated on June 26th, 2026.

At IPM Scoutek, we are committed to providing an accessible digital experience for all users, including individuals with disabilities. We continually work to improve the accessibility and usability of our website and the IPM Scoutek platform.

Our Commitment

IPM Scoutek is committed to designing and maintaining our website and Services in accordance with the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

We strive to meet the accessibility objectives outlined in the Government of Canada’s Standard on Web Accessibility and incorporate accessibility considerations into the ongoing design, development, and maintenance of our Services.

Because our platform continues to evolve, accessibility improvements are an ongoing process.

Accessibility Features

Where reasonably practicable, our website and Services include features such as:

  • Logical page structure using semantic HTML.
  • Clear and descriptive page titles.
  • Proper heading hierarchy for easier navigation.
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation.
  • “Skip to main content” functionality where supported.
  • Alternative text for meaningful images.
  • Clearly labelled form fields and interactive controls.
  • Sufficient colour contrast to improve readability.
  • Responsive layouts that support browser zoom and text resizing.
  • Information that is not conveyed by colour alone.
  • Support for common assistive technologies where reasonably practicable.

Browser Accessibility

Most modern web browsers include built-in accessibility features, including the ability to:

  • Zoom in or out on page content.
  • Increase default font sizes.
  • Navigate using only a keyboard.
  • Use screen readers and other assistive technologies.

For example:

  • Ctrl + increases page zoom.
  • Ctrl – decreases page zoom.
  • Ctrl + 0 resets the page zoom.

(Mac users may use the equivalent keyboard shortcuts.)

Assistive Technology

Our website and Services are designed to work with commonly used assistive technologies, including:

  • NVDA
  • JAWS
  • VoiceOver (macOS)
  • Orca (Linux)
  • Other modern screen readers supported by current web browsers

Known Limitations

While we strive to provide an accessible experience, some content or third-party services integrated into our website or platform may not yet fully meet accessibility standards.

We are continually reviewing and improving accessibility as our platform evolves.

Feedback

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website and Services.

If you experience difficulty accessing any content or functionality, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us.

Email: support@ipmscoutek.com

Please include:

  • the page or feature you were attempting to access;
  • a description of the issue; and
  • the device and browser you were using, if known.

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to respond promptly and address accessibility concerns where practicable.

Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing priority at IPM Scoutek. We regularly review our website and Services and will continue to make improvements that enhance accessibility and usability for all users.
