4. Research, Product Development and Artificial Intelligence

IPM Scoutek continually improves its platform, including developing analytics, predictive tools, and artificial intelligence and machine learning (“AI/ML”) capabilities.

To support these improvements, IPM Scoutek may use Customer Data only in anonymized and aggregated form, as described in the Terms of Use.

Aggregated Data:

• does not identify any customer;
• does not identify any individual;
• does not identify any greenhouse location; and
• is used solely for research, development, benchmarking, analytics, and improving the Services.

IPM Scoutek will not use Customer Data to train AI models made available outside the Services without the customer’s prior written consent, except as expressly permitted in the Terms of Use.

5. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose information only:

• to trusted service providers assisting us in operating the Services;
